CEVIT

The Center for Wine Studies (CEVIT) of CETYS Universidad Campus Internacional Ensenada is an institution dedicated to applied research and technological and business innovation, whose purpose is the transfer of knowledge and practical knowledge that contribute to the integral development of the wine sector and to regional and national prosperity, to add those who aspire to create a prosperous wine region in balance with human and environmental well-being.

The Research Ethics Committee

It seeks to safeguard the dignity and well-being of individuals participating in academic research subject to committee scrutiny; consider adherence to national and international regulations regarding research ethics; and ensure that the benefits and burdens of research are distributed among all segments and classes of society, taking into account age, gender, economic status, culture, and ethnic considerations.
It assumes three specific functions: a decision-making function (regarding research projects submitted for committee scrutiny), a monitoring and oversight function (for projects that have received a committee verdict), and an educational function aimed at promoting knowledge about research ethics.
It was installed on February 21, 2019.
