Carry out actions in favor of the elderly in areas such as health, social assistance, public policies, human development, administration, education, and culture.
Characteristics
- Work directly with the elderly and their families in a variety of settings by offering: care services, evaluation, therapeutic services, administrative services, and consulting.
- Provide education in multidisciplinary teams of geriatric care and to relatives of elderly patients. Analyze, develop, and implement governmental and non-governmental programs to promote the inclusion and well-being of older people.
- Develop innovative services and products specifically aimed at older people to promote their quality of life.
