
Dr. Rene Molenkamp
DoctorDr. Molenkamp, a native of Haarlem, The Netherlands, teaches courses in leadership, human relations, and organizational theory and change. He directs the Leadership for Change conference based on group relations methodology and designs intensive, experiential leadership development programs for international corporations, NGOs, and universities. As a founding member and executive director of Group Relations International, he is a Fellow of the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems. René previously served as Training Director and Senior Fellow at the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership at the University of Maryland. He has directed numerous group relations conferences and leadership experiences in the U.S. and Europe, working with prestigious clients such as Yale University and INSEAD. His writings include articles and exercises on group dynamics and personal development, with his co-authored article on the “BART Method of Organizational Analysis” frequently assigned in academia.
