{"id":76727,"date":"2017-10-31T17:29:42","date_gmt":"2017-11-01T00:29:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/?p=76727"},"modified":"2017-10-31T17:39:03","modified_gmt":"2017-11-01T00:39:03","slug":"que-todos-ganen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/que-todos-ganen\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00a1Que todos ganen!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La incorporaci\u00f3n de la siguiente generaci\u00f3n a la empresa familiar est\u00e1 en la mente del fundador: \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo y c\u00f3mo empezar? \u00bfA qu\u00e9 edad involucro a la siguiente generaci\u00f3n? \u00bfCon qu\u00e9 responsabilidades? \u00bfLes pago? \u00bfCu\u00e1nto? Si quien est\u00e1 a cargo, ya es la segunda o tercera generaci\u00f3n su experiencia y la de amigos le sirve de referencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El involucramiento de los hijos (as) en la empresa inicia desde que est\u00e1n en el vientre de su madre, de c\u00f3mo ella experiment\u00f3 su relaci\u00f3n con la empresa y con su pareja. Conforme van creciendo los hijos te han observado y de ah\u00ed internamente deciden entrar o no. La incorporaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y natural en la medida en que la siguiente generaci\u00f3n tuvo una relaci\u00f3n positiva contigo y la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/EMPRESA-FAMILIAR-960x684.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-76730\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/EMPRESA-FAMILIAR-960x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"684\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He conocido j\u00f3venes que han estado en la empresa desde que ten\u00edan 5 o 6 a\u00f1os, conviviendo y platicando con el fundador (a) iban absorbiendo su visi\u00f3n, valores, sue\u00f1os. Alimentando los propios con informaci\u00f3n a su alcance. En la universidad, aprovecharon cada trabajo o tarea para realizarlo en la empresa, m\u00e1s fue de manera natural, nadie lo forz\u00f3, ni entr\u00f3 a un programa que dijera que eso deb\u00eda ocurrir. Termin\u00f3 la carrera e hizo un internado con uno de los proveedores, para regresar a la empresa m\u00e1s preparado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunos otros se fueron incorporado los veranos a partir de la secundaria, haciendo actividades b\u00e1sicas y conforme el tiempo pas\u00f3, aument\u00f3 la responsabilidad de sus actividades. Un aspecto muy delicado es que su entrada a la empresa sea un castigo, pues entonces se asocia el trabajo como un castigo. Y si, en ocasiones incluso bajo este escenario el joven va tomando cari\u00f1o y compromiso con la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otros m\u00e1s, entran a la empresa cuando terminaron la carrera o incluso una vez que terminaron la maestr\u00eda. En estos casos es recomendable que se incorporen en puestos reales y necesarios para la empresa, con un grado de responsabilidad equiparable a sus competencias y experiencia laboral. En esta opci\u00f3n no deben desempe\u00f1ar las funciones b\u00e1sicas de un estudiante de secundaria o preparatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, est\u00e1n aquellos que una vez que terminaron universidad y maestr\u00eda trabajaron por 5 incluso 10 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s antes de decidir o necesitar regresar a la empresa familiar. Su desarrollo profesional los ha preparado para llegar a puestos de mayor responsabilidad y compromiso con la empresa y la familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada uno de estos momentos son &#8216;ventanas estrat\u00e9gicas&#8217;, en que la vida de la empresa y la del familiar coinciden y ser\u00e1 muy importante que el puesto de responsabilidad y funciones sea el apropiado para el desarrollo profesional, experiencia y capacidad del miembro a incorporarse. Entre m\u00e1s capaces y comprometidos est\u00e9n los miembros de la familia en cada una de las opciones, la empresa tendr\u00e1 un aliado. \u00bfY el sueldo? La regla b\u00e1sica es: equidad interna y competitividad externa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todas las opciones tienen ventajas y desventajas y cada camino consecuencias. La selecci\u00f3n depende de a) temas personales de cada miembro de la familia; b) familiares: propios de la etapa de vida en que est\u00e9n, la manera en que se relacionan, la cultura y valores que tengan y c) de los propios de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/sOLcOLUMNA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-76731 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/sOLcOLUMNA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"165\" height=\"133\" \/><\/a>* <strong>Sol Elvira P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, tiene m\u00e1s de 23 a\u00f1os conociendo, entendiendo y atendiendo a las empresas familiares.
