La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/45-licenciado-en-derecho\/\">Escuela de Derecho del CETYS Universidad Campus Tijuana<\/a> preocupada por ello invit\u00f3 a la reflexi\u00f3n y el di\u00e1logo a trav\u00e9s del panel <strong>\u201cPr\u00e1cticas emergentes del Derecho 2.0\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del <strong>Mtro. Jacobo Monroy Sotelo<\/strong>, <em>Secretario de CANIETI<\/em>; el <strong>Lic. Andr\u00e9s Araujo Sanz<\/strong>, <em>Socio de la firma Proc\u00e1pita<\/em>, as\u00ed como el <strong>Mtro. Mario Lomel\u00ed Ibarra<\/strong>, <em>Director de la firma StarUp Legal<\/em>, y el <strong>Mtro. Estas fueron sus principales <strong>5 conclusiones<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>globalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es el factor que principalmente incide en la evoluci\u00f3n de la profesi\u00f3n, por lo que es necesario mantenerse actualizado.<\/li>\n<li>Los abogados con una <strong>formaci\u00f3n integral y multidisciplinaria<\/strong> tendr\u00e1n mayores oportunidades.<\/li>\n<li>Ning\u00fan nuevo profesional del Derecho deber\u00e1 <strong>encasillarse en las pr\u00e1cticas tradicionales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>La pr\u00e1ctica legal en la <strong>propiedad intelectual y asesor\u00eda especializada a emprendedores<\/strong> son \u00e1reas que deber\u00e1n de comenzar a explorar.<\/li>\n<li>Los <strong>nuevos medios digitales<\/strong> est\u00e1n marcando nuevas pautas en la impartici\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por su parte el reconocido <strong>Mtro.
