M.D. Marco Antonio Ibarguen Morales ofreci\u00f3 la m\u00e1s reciente C\u00e1tedra ANADE a los alumnos de la Escuela de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/?page=45\" target=\"_blank\">Derecho<\/a><\/strong>. En su intervenci\u00f3n, el experto habl\u00f3 sobre las disposiciones aplicables en el C\u00f3digo Civil respecto de la compraventa; los aspectos legales, requisitos de existencia y validez en la teor\u00eda general de los contratos,<b> <\/b>entre otros temas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El tambi\u00e9n <strong>Vice-Presidente<\/strong> del Consejo Directivo de la\u00a0Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE) secci\u00f3n Baja California por el per\u00edodo 2016-2017, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en materia de disposiciones aplicables en el C\u00f3digo Civil vigente en el Estado, respecto a la <b>compraventa, e<\/b>l<b> Art\u00edculo<\/b><b>\u00a02122 <\/b>dice que<b>\u00a0 <em>&#8216;<\/em><\/b><em>Habr\u00e1 compraventa cuando uno de los contratantes se obliga <strong>a transferir la propiedad\u00a0 de una cosa o de un derecho<\/strong><\/em><u>, <\/u><em>y el otro a su vez se obliga a pagar por ellos un precio cierto y en dinero&#8217;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/anade2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-50538 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/anade2.jpg\" alt=\"compraventa\" width=\"510\" height=\"339\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Tambi\u00e9n es importante recordar lo que dice el <strong>Art\u00edculo\u00a0<\/strong><b>2123: <\/b>por regla general, la venta es perfecta y obligatoria para las partes cuando se han convenido sobre la cosa y su precio aunque la primera no haya sido entregada, ni el segundo satisfecho&#8221;, dijo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ibarguen Morales, quien es Socio Fundador de la firma de abogados y asesores Campos Ibarguen y Asoc.
