El pasado 16 de noviembre en el Centro Estatal de las Artes, se llev&oacute; a cabo la premiaci&oacute;n de dicho concurso, que es impulsado por el Gobierno del Estado a trav&eacute;s del Instituto de Cultura de Baja California (ICBC). Ah&iacute;, V&iacute;ctor Aldrete, representante de la Secretar&iacute;a de Protecci&oacute;n Ambiental y el Director de Difusi&oacute;n del ICBC, Teodoro P&eacute;rez Valenzuela, premiaron a la fot&oacute;grafa Ram&iacute;rez Govea por su trabajo &quot;Piedra en la Niebla&quot;.La estudiante y administrativa del CETYS recibi&oacute; esa noche adem&aacute;s de su reconocimiento, un premio de adquisici&oacute;n por 30 mil pesos y se&ntilde;al&oacute; estar muy agradecida por lo que continuar&aacute; prepar&aacute;ndose para seguir aprendiendo sobre fotograf&iacute;a. &quot;Este premio es una motivaci&oacute;n muy grande para seguir captando im&aacute;genes que despu&eacute;s pueda compartir.
