Estuvieron presentes el Ing. &Aacute;ngel Monta&ntilde;ez Aguilar, Director de Servicios Educativos del Sistema CETYS y el Dr. Fernando Le&oacute;n Garc&iacute;a, m&aacute;xima autoridad de la Instituci&oacute;n, quien dict&oacute; la conferencia &quot;Acreditaci&oacute;n Institucional en EUA: Perspectivas Institucionales&quot;.Esta conferencia magistral del Dr. Le&oacute;n Garc&iacute;a, coordinador del comit&eacute; FIMPES fue bien recibida por el comit&eacute; de la Comisi&oacute;n Permanente para el Estudio y Actualizaci&oacute;n del Sistema de Acreditaci&oacute;n (COPEASA), que est&aacute; integrado por rectores de universidades como la An&aacute;huac, Regiomontana y Montemorelos, entre otras. FIMPES agrupa a 109 universidades privadas de M&eacute;xico, que buscan mejorar su calidad educativa. En esta asamblea anualmente se re&uacute;nen los rectores que integran la Federaci&oacute;n. En las ciudades sede arman grupos integrados por expertos en educaci&oacute;n, quienes analizan y estudian los prospectos a acreditarse dentro del sistema FIMPES. La comisi&oacute;n es coordinada por el Dr. Fernando Le&oacute;n y asesorada por el Ing. &Aacute;ngel Monta&ntilde;ez.
