Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; El 27 de octubre en el Auditorio del campus fue inaugurado el 4to. Congreso de Derecho Empresarial, evento organizado por alumnos que enmarc&oacute; la primera d&eacute;cada de fundaci&oacute;n de la Escuela de Derecho. En la mesa de honor estuvo presente la Mtra. Mar&iacute;a Luisa Walther Cuevas, Directora de la Escuela de Derecho y el Lic. Tob&iacute;as Duarte Corral, Secretario del XX Ayuntamiento de Mexicali, quienes dieron las palabras de apertura a un p&uacute;blico integrado por estudiantes, maestros e invitados especialesDuarte Corral destac&oacute; que &quot;Algo que nos ha ense&ntilde;ado esta Universidad es que los estudiantes son activos no s&oacute;lo en el aula, sino tambi&eacute;n fuera&quot;. Por su parte el Ing. Sergio Rebollar McDonough, Director del campus, felicit&oacute; a los alumnos y a la Directora Mar&iacute;a Luisa Walther por el proceso tit&aacute;nico que pasaron al organizar y conseguir este congreso. Record&oacute; que la Universidad cumple 50 a&ntilde;os y que con estos sucesos van marcando historia.El 4to. Congreso de Derecho tuvo como objetivo involucrar a los alumnos con especialistas en temas de vanguardia en el &aacute;rea jur&iacute;dica, dentro de siete conferencias, un panel y cuatro talleres, con el fin de ampliar su visi&oacute;n en temas como: &quot;Acciones de Clase&quot; en el Derecho Empresarial, el &quot;IMMS e INFONAVIT, El contribuyente y sus actos&quot;, &quot;Comercio Exterior&quot;, y &quot;Avisos Electr&oacute;nicos presentados ante la autoridad fiscal&quot;, &quot;Actas administrativas&quot;, &quot;T&iacute;tulos de Cr&eacute;dito&quot;, y &quot;Importancia de la Propiedad Intelectual en los activos de la empresa&quot;, &quot;Comercio electr&oacute;nico&quot;, &quot;Gobierno Corporativo&quot;, entre otros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; El 27 de octubre en el Auditorio del campus fue inaugurado el 4to.
