En esta edici&oacute;n, correspondiente a Enero-Junio del 2011 se abordan desde variadas perspectivas y en un &aacute;mbito de estudio detallado, las nuevas tendencias del derecho, mismas que se han visto materializadas en recientes reformas tanto a nivel estatal como federal.La revista contempla una entrevista realizada al Juez Segundo de lo Familiar en Mexicali, Lic. Luis Armando Garc&iacute;a G&oacute;mez, sobre la importancia de la conciliaci&oacute;n en la administraci&oacute;n de justicia; tres art&iacute;culos de an&aacute;lisis sobre el Juicio Oral Mercantil, el Juicio Contencioso Administrativo en L&iacute;nea  y la mediaci&oacute;n como nuevo paradigma de acceso a la justicia; adem&aacute;s de una rese&ntilde;a de la obra &quot;Eugenia: Esbozo novelesco de costumbres futuras&quot;, de Eduardo Urzaiz Rodr&iacute;guez.
