Congreso de Derecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 7 y 8 de octubre aconteci&oacute; en campus Mexicali el 3er. Congreso de Derecho de CETYS Universidad, con el tema central &quot;Derechos Humanos&quot;. La ceremonia de inauguraci&oacute;n se llev&oacute; a cabo en el Auditorio, ante la presencia de alrededor de 300 participantes, quienes atendieron siete conferencias magistrales y un panel de expertos. La mesa del pres&iacute;dium estuvo integrada por el Ing. Sergio Rebollar McDonough, Director del CETYS, campus Mexicali; Mtra. Maria Luisa Walther Cuevas, Directora de la Escuela de Derecho;  y el Lic. Alejandro Pujol&nbsp; Manriquez,&nbsp; Subprocurador de los Derechos Humanos en Baja California, entre otros. Las conferencias del programa se enfocaron al &quot;Control Judicial de la Convencionalidad de los Derechos Humanos por los Tribunales Ordinales Mexicanos&quot;; &quot;Los Derechos Humanos y el Medio Ambiente&quot;; &quot;Ley SB1070&quot;; &quot;La Primera Sentencia Internacional Condenatoria en Contra del Estado Mexicano&quot;; &quot;Los Derechos Humanos y el Nuevo Proceso Penal&quot;; &quot;Derecho Constitucional Electoral y Derechos Humanos&quot; y &quot;Las Comisiones de los Derechos Humanos&quot;; mientras que el panel tuvo como t&iacute;tulo &quot;Reformas Constitucionales en Materia de Derechos Humanos&quot;. En cuanto a los ponentes, compartieron sus conocimientos figuras de gran renombre, tal es el caso del Dr. Gumesindo Garc&iacute;a Morelos, Ex-Presidente de la Comisi&oacute;n Estatal de Derechos Humanos de Michoac&aacute;n; Mtro. Luigi Iacobi Pontones Brito, socio de la firma Pontones &amp; Ledesma; Manuel Escobar Valdez, C&oacute;nsul de M&eacute;xico en Yuma, Arizona; Dr. Fernando Silva Garc&iacute;a, Secretario de Estudio y Cuenta de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci&oacute;n, nombrado recientemente Juez Federal; Dr. Germ&aacute;n Guillen, Profesor e investigador de la Universidad de Sonora; y el Dr. Jos&eacute; Luis Soberanes Fern&aacute;ndez, Ex-Presidente de la Comisi&oacute;n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos, entre otros. &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 7 y 8 de octubre aconteci&oacute; en campus Mexicali el 3er.
