Los los temas que debati&oacute; fueron la legalizaci&oacute;n de la eutanasia, la legalizaci&oacute;n del aborto, &iquest;La realidad social propicia condiciones para el festejo del bicentenario?; Hidalgo o Morelos &iquest;qui&eacute;n es el aut&eacute;ntico padre de la patria? y &iquest;Es el ej&eacute;rcito la mejor herramienta para el combate al narcotr&aacute;fico?. Las posturas que sostuvo fueron sorteadas en ese momento.Gonz&aacute;lez Nevarez hab&iacute;a ganado en 2001 este Debate organizado por el Instituto de la Juventud en coordinaci&oacute;n con la C&aacute;mara de Diputados, representando al estado de Durango, de donde es oriundo, esta fue su tercera y &uacute;ltima participaci&oacute;n en este tipo de foro, del cual opin&oacute; es una de las m&aacute;ximas tribunas que tiene un joven para expresarse&nbsp; ante representantes de la Comisi&oacute;n de Juventud y Deporte de la C&aacute;mara de diputados y el Secretario de Educaci&oacute;n P&uacute;blica, quien asisti&oacute; a la ronda final.
