Durante el taller facilitado por los investigadores del CETYS, Nadia Nieblas y H&eacute;ctor Maym&iacute;-Sugra&ntilde;es, se efectuaron varias din&aacute;micas en las que participaron &nbsp;alrededor de 20 j&oacute;venes de la capital del Estado con el objetivo de establecer los puntos fundamentales para un programa de actividades&nbsp;de la&nbsp;juventud.&nbsp; Entre los temas que surgieron como fundamentales est&aacute;n la educaci&oacute;n sexual, las necesidades y oportunidades educativas y la participaci&oacute;n ciudadana. Los asistentes entendieron que es necesario el establecimiento de una ley&nbsp;para la juventud de Baja California&nbsp;que atienda&nbsp;las necesidades diferenciadas de este sector poblacional.
