Alfredo C&aacute;rdenas, Director de Ingenier&iacute;a de Honeywell Aerospace, informaron sobre la pr&oacute;xima visita del Premio Nobel de F&iacute;sica: Eric A. Cornell. Para el 19 y 20 de febrero del presente a&ntilde;o, el distinguido investigador estar&aacute; en el Campus Mexicali gracias a la &quot;Iniciativa Honeywell para la Ciencia y la Ingenier&iacute;a&quot; (HISE, por sus siglas en ingl&eacute;s).  El Ing. Alfredo C&aacute;rdenas coment&oacute; que HISE es un programa educativo global con alcance en universidades en China, Rep&uacute;blica Checa, India y M&eacute;xico, que promueve el que los estudiantes y profesores sean parte de conferencias emocionantes e interacciones personales con laureados Nobel, as&iacute; ven c&oacute;mo la ciencia y la ingenier&iacute;a se pueden unir con el &aacute;mbito de los negocios para hacer de este mundo un lugar mejor.Por su parte, el Dr. Le&oacute;n, dijo que como actividad principal, el d&iacute;a 19 se tiene contemplada la Conferencia Magistral &quot;El Extra&ntilde;o Mundo de la F&iacute;sica a una millon&eacute;sima de grado por encima de cero absoluto&quot;. Adem&aacute;s se&ntilde;al&oacute; que a trav&eacute;s de esfuerzos como este se puede ir avanzando en el pa&iacute;s, ya que el traer eventos de esta naturaleza y con personalidades de este calibre, &quot;se brinda a la sociedad mexicana ejemplos que se necesitan para que nuestra juventud desee incursionar en ciencias, matem&aacute;ticas e ingenier&iacute;as&quot;, puntualiz&oacute;.
