Foro Nacional de Debate y An&aacute;lisis Acad&eacute;mico &quot;Menor Infractor: v&iacute;ctima o delincuente&quot;, evento organizado por la instituci&oacute;n educativa en conjunto con la Secretar&iacute;a de Seguridad P&uacute;blica del Estado de Baja California. Este espacio de di&aacute;logo sobre la situaci&oacute;n actual de la ni&ntilde;ez y juventud en nuestra entidad, busca fomentar el an&aacute;lisis en torno a la violencia y prevenci&oacute;n del delito, para as&iacute; junto a la comunidad generar compromisos y soluciones.El programa del evento contempla una conferencia de apertura a cargo del Dr. Miguel Ontiveros, Coordinador General del Instituto de Formaci&oacute;n Profesional de la PGJDF; tres mesas de debate que contar&aacute;n con la participaci&oacute;n del Lic. Miguel &Aacute;ngel Torres Cabral, Presidente del Instituto Estatal de la Juventud de BC, entre otras personalidades. Asimismo se efectuar&aacute;n dos mesas de an&aacute;lisis, una de ellas integrada por la Sra. Rub&iacute; Kar&iacute;n Blancas, Oficial Nacional de Programas de la Oficina contra las Drogas y el Delito de la ONU (UNODC).El cierre del evento estar&aacute; a cargo del Lic. Rommel Moreno Manjarr&eacute;z, quien compartir&aacute; algunas reflexiones en torno a la justicia para ni&ntilde;os y j&oacute;venes en el Estado; mientras que la conferencia que concluir&aacute; el Foro, ser&aacute; impartida por el Dr. Luis Rodr&iacute;guez Manzanera, Presidente de la Sociedad Mexicana de Criminolog&iacute;a.
