Durante dicho periodo, los integrantes de este grupo conformado por personal y&nbsp; alumnos de la instituci&oacute;n, participaron en diversas actividades donde adquirieron el conocimiento e inter&eacute;s por el cuidado de la salud f&iacute;sica. Una de estas acciones fue la participaci&oacute;n en el Medio Marat&oacute;n de la Ciudad de Mexicali, el cual fue llevado a cabo en el mes de marzo. Asimismo los inscritos en el programa se ejercitaron con sesiones de caminata, pilates, pesas, yoga y baile. Tambi&eacute;n durante este semestre se brindaron dos conferencias sobre nutrici&oacute;n impartidas por la Dra.
