Juan Carlos Romero Hicks concedi&oacute; un fondo por 420 mil pesos&nbsp; para el proyecto: &quot;Programa integral para la prevenci&oacute;n y disminuci&oacute;n de la delincuencia juvenil en Baja California&quot;,&nbsp; presentado por el Lic. Mart&iacute;n Mart&iacute;nez Gast&eacute;lum y aprobado en el Fondo Mixto CONACYT-BC. La entrega simb&oacute;lica se llev&oacute; a cabo el 9 de febrero en las instalaciones del Museo del Trompo en el marco de la ceremonia del Premio Estatal de Ciencia y Tecnolog&iacute;a 2009 y los Recursos Econ&oacute;micos del Fondo Mixto a Empresas e Instituciones de la Regi&oacute;n.&nbsp;Los Fondos Mixtos son un instrumento que apoya el desarrollo cient&iacute;fico y tecnol&oacute;gico estatal y municipal, a trav&eacute;s de un Fideicomiso constituido con aportaciones del Gobierno del Estado o Municipio, y el Gobierno Federal, a trav&eacute;s del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnolog&iacute;a. El objetivo es destinar recursos orientados a resolver problem&aacute;ticas estrat&eacute;gicas, especificadas por el propio estado, con la coparticipaci&oacute;n de recursos federales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;El CONACYT, a trav&eacute;s de su Director General, Mtro.
