Para finalizar el año 2014, el 19 de diciembre se llevó a cabo la tradicional posada navideña que convocó a todo el personal del Campus. El evento se realizó en las instalaciones del Gimnasio, el cual se abarrotó con más de 500 colaboradores, quienes disfrutaron de una comida y convivio entre compañeros por más de 4 horas. Con palabras del Rector, Dr. Fernando León García, se agradeció por un 2014 de enfrentar retos y continuar haciendo del CETYS una Universidad de prestigio en el noroeste del país y con proyección internacional. Entre las diferentes actividades que se realizaron en la convivencia, destacaron la rifa de más de 200 regalos, así como otra de dinero recabado entre los mismos asistentes.
