El destacado Profesor de la Universidad de Toronto present&oacute; en el Auditorio Don Gustavo Vild&oacute;sola Castro, la ponencia titulada &quot;Retos y Propuestas para la Arquitectura de Internet del Futuro&quot;, a la que asistieron alumnos, acad&eacute;micos y empresarios del ramo.  Fue a trav&eacute;s del Centro de Excelencia en Innovaci&oacute;n y Dise&ntilde;o (CEID) y el Colegio de Ingenier&iacute;a del CETYS, que Le&oacute;n Garc&iacute;a fue invitado a participar con su conferencia, en una reuni&oacute;n con l&iacute;deres de telecomunicaciones en el estado, y en una visita al laboratorio de Honeywell. &quot;La infraestructura del internet tiene que evolucionar, cuando se cre&oacute; el internet, se dise&ntilde;&oacute; para compartir texto, ahora las necesidades son videos, interacci&oacute;n en tiempo real y los usuarios demandan cada vez m&aacute;s que sea r&aacute;pido. Se tienen que generar nuevos modelos e infraestructura tecnol&oacute;gica de software y hardware&quot;, dijo en su ponencia.
