Congreso de Derecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los d&iacute;as 7, 8 y 9 de octubre en el campus Mexicali, fue llevado cabo el II Congreso de Derecho, &quot;Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal&quot;. El evento organizado por alumnos de la Escuela de Derecho de la instituci&oacute;n educativa, registr&oacute; una asistencia aproximada de 450 personas, quienes a lo largo de tres d&iacute;as participaron en nueve conferencias magistrales, cinco talleres y un panel, actividades que estuvieron a cargo de expertos en la materia a nivel nacional e internacional como el Dr. Germ&aacute;n Guill&eacute;n L&oacute;pez; Dr. Luis Rodr&iacute;guez Manzanera, Dr. Jos&eacute; Luis Borgo&ntilde;o Torrealba y el Lic. Rommel Moreno Manjarrez, Procurador de Justicia del Estado.Asimismo en el panel &quot;Mitos y Realidades de la Seguridad P&uacute;blica&quot;, particip&oacute; el Secretario de Seguridad P&uacute;blica de Baja California, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya junto a los diferentes Directores de Seguridad P&uacute;blica del Estado. Algunos de los talleres que registraron mayor demanda fueron: El Desahogo de la Prueba Testimonial, Audiencia Inicial en la Etapa Preliminar, Justicia Alternativa y La Negociaci&oacute;n.
