El Rector, Dr. Fernando Le&oacute;n Garc&iacute;a y el Sr. Colebrooke Jordan, Coordinador del Comit&eacute; Educativo del IENAC entregaron el reconocimiento a ambos ex-docentes, debido a su trascendencia, larga trayectoria e importantes aportaciones al quehacer pedag&oacute;gico en esta universidad.                                                   La m&aacute;xima autoridad universitaria se&ntilde;al&oacute; que tanto Retamoza como Villalba, han sido docentes que han impactado a los tres campus de la instituci&oacute;n. &quot;Las huellas que han dejado son profundas e imborrables, en los pasillos, en los edificios en los salones de clases.
