El Auditorio de CETYS Universidad, campus Mexicali, fungió como sede del Foro: "Responsabilidad de los Servidores Públicos ante la Reforma Constitucional", organizado por la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE). En el encuentro que tuvo lugar el jueves 26 de marzo, el Ing. Enrique Carlos Blancas de la Cruz, Rector del Sistema CETYS, brindó un mensaje de bienvenida a los más de 300 asistentes y presidió la ceremonia de inauguración, junto con el Lic. Rommel Moreno Manjarrez. El programa contempló 4 conferencias magistrales impartidas por el Lic. Agustín Mucio Gerardo de Pavía de Iturralde, Visitador General de la Procuraduría General de la República; Mtro. Iker Xavier Ibarreche Pereda; Lic. José Luis Aguirre Huerta y el Dr. Miguel Ángel Soto la Madrid. En esta productiva jornada, estuvieron presentes alumnos de la Licenciatura en Derecho del CETYS, así como su Directora, la Mtra.
