En el encuentro que tuvo lugar el jueves 26 de marzo, el Ing. Enrique Carlos Blancas de la Cruz, Rector del Sistema CETYS, brind&oacute; un mensaje de bienvenida a los m&aacute;s de 300 asistentes y presidi&oacute; la ceremonia de inauguraci&oacute;n, junto con el Lic. Rommel Moreno Manjarrez. El programa contempl&oacute; 4 conferencias magistrales impartidas por el Lic. Agust&iacute;n Mucio Gerardo de Pav&iacute;a de Iturralde, Visitador General de la Procuradur&iacute;a General de la Rep&uacute;blica; Mtro. Iker Xavier Ibarreche Pereda; Lic. Jos&eacute; Luis Aguirre Huerta y el Dr. Miguel &Aacute;ngel Soto la Madrid. En esta productiva jornada, estuvieron presentes alumnos de la Licenciatura en Derecho del CETYS, as&iacute; como su Directora, la Mtra.
