Mar&iacute;a Teresa Kasuga, Directora General de Kay International S.A de C.V. y actualmente representante de INTEX; Dr. Ram&oacute;n Garc&iacute;a Gibson, Consultor para el Banco Mundial y Director Ejecutivo de Compliance y el Dr. Fernando Arias Galicia, El Gur&uacute; de los Recursos Humanos en Latinoam&eacute;rica, entre otros. En el acto inaugural, la Directora de CETYS Universidad campus Ensenada, indic&oacute; que el tema de la Empresa Familiar es un tema relevante en el entorno econ&oacute;mico adem&aacute;s de ser una preocupaci&oacute;n fundamental para CETYS Universidad. &quot;Dentro del conjunto total de las empresas, las familiares constituyen el elemento b&aacute;sico del tejido empresarial en la mayor&iacute;a de los pa&iacute;ses de nuestro entorno econ&oacute;mico&quot;.
