Rosa Sumaya Tostado, catedr&aacute;tica y coordinadora de la Licenciatura en Contador P&uacute;blico Internacional de CETYS Universidad campus Tijuana, particip&oacute; en la mesa de trabajo con el tema &quot;Impuestos sobre Loter&iacute;as, Rifas, Sorteos, Juegos Permitidos y Concursos&quot; dentro del Primer Foro Estatal de Estudios Fiscales, que organiza el Gobierno del Estado de Baja California con el objetivo de encontrar soluciones objetivas en materia fiscal de la problem&aacute;tica que actualmente tiene el estado, en &eacute;ste participan Organismos Empresariales, Universidades, Institutos Locales, Colegios y P&uacute;blico en General,&nbsp; democratizando la relaci&oacute;n Gobierno-Sociedad.Es en este tipo de foros, como profesionales podemos ser parte del cambio en materia de legislaci&oacute;n fiscal y as&iacute; favorecer a la comunidad de Baja California por lo que&nbsp; es necesario que el gobierno implemente estas mejoras en la Legislaci&oacute;n actual, no s&oacute;lo para beneficio del Estado si no para el gran n&uacute;mero de contribuyentes que tienen que cumplir en tiempo y forma con sus obligaciones fiscales, expres&oacute; la Mtra. Sumaya.&nbsp; Una de las preocupaciones&nbsp; del Gobierno es participar de manera Activa y decidida en la transparencia de los Impuestos locales, mejorar la Legislaci&oacute;n y sobre todo la actuaci&oacute;n de las autoridades estatales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Mtra.
