Durante la \u201cSemana de Prepa\u201d de CETYS Universidad, efectuada del 19 al 23 de mayo, destacaron 5 eventos por su alto impacto acad\u00e9mico: las conferencias \u201cGlobalizaci\u00f3n: Sociedad-Ciudadan\u00eda\u201d; \u201cUsos y Ahorro del Agua en Baja California\u201d, el panel \u201cJ\u00f3venes Empresarios\u201d, as\u00ed como el taller sobre Derechos Humanos y la expo feria \u201cProyectos comunitarios\u201d.La charla de \u201cGlobalizaci\u00f3n: Sociedad – Ciudadan\u00eda\u201d, que imparti\u00f3 el Lic. Leopoldo Mart\u00ednez, Vocal Ejecutivo del Distrito 01 del Instituto Federal Electoral en Baja California, estuvo dividida en 2 fases: la presentaci\u00f3n de ensayos por parte de los alumnos de Preparatoria y el pl\u00e1tica del expositor sobre globalizaci\u00f3n. Por su parte, el Lic. Carlos V\u00e1zquez, especialista hidr\u00e1ulico en la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua, brind\u00f3 a los estudiantes la conferencia \u201cUsos y ahorro del Agua en Baja\u201d, exhort\u00e1ndolos a cuidar este recurso natural no renovable.Mientras que el matiz emprendedor de CETYS Universidad, fue reforzado con el panel \u201cJ\u00f3venes empresarios\u201d que coordin\u00f3 por la catedr\u00e1tica Gina Villalba, el Taller de Derechos Humanos brindado por la profesora Mary Castro, tuvo como objetivo que los estudiantes se prepararan en esta \u00e1rea, con la finalidad ellos sean multiplicadores de este conocimiento en la sociedad. Durante la Expo feria \u201cProyectos comunitarios\u201d fueron exhibidos los trabajos que han desarrollado los alumnos de 6to. Semestre.
