El alumno de biolog\u00eda, Javier Vallejo Rangel, destac\u00f3 que el licor de frijol fue creado porque esta leguminosa es un alimento nativo de M\u00e9xico y el segundo cultivo m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds. El enfoque es lograr un producto que pueda emplearse como digestivo (aspecto que podr\u00eda ser innovador a nivel mundial) o bien que pueda combinarse con otras bebidas como jugos o refrescos, la meta es registrarlo y comercializarlo, su sabor es parecido al vodka&#8221;, subray\u00f3. A su vez, la acad\u00e9mica del Departamento de Desarrollo Rural Sustentable, Arcelia Olmedo Fuentes, indic\u00f3 que en la Expo Emprendedores mostrar\u00e1n propuestas de varios centros universitarios para que los estudiantes &#8220;aprendan haciendo, innoven e impulsen un negocio propio&#8221;.Mencion\u00f3 que en las dos ediciones pasadas fueron creados productos como alimentos para perros, shampoo y cremas cosm\u00e9ticas a base de miel.
