El Fondo PyME autorizado para 2007 fue de 2 mil 650 millones de pesos, pero para el siguiente a\u00f1o disminuir\u00e1 a unos 2 mil 51 millones de pesos, puntualiz\u00f3 Sojo.A pesar de las limitaciones, Heriberto F\u00e9lix Guerra, subsecretario para la Peque\u00f1a y Mediana Empresa, inform\u00f3 que en dos a\u00f1os estas oficinas, tambi\u00e9n llamadas \u201cventanillas \u00fanicas\u201d, llegar\u00e1n a un centenar y \u201cest\u00e1n enfocadas al sistema financiero in situ\u201d. Para lo que resta de 2008, la Subsecretar\u00eda puede ejercer 300 millones de pesos en apoyo a las PyMES. Se refiri\u00f3 a la mortandad de las nuevas empresas y dijo que es un \u00edndice alto, pero que ya tiene la f\u00f3rmula para combatir ese fen\u00f3meno. \u201cSi las empresas pasan por una incubadora, pueden durar m\u00e1s de dos a\u00f1os\u201d, asegur\u00f3 en relaci\u00f3n con resultados de estudios sobre permanencia de las PyMES en el mercado. Expuso que 85% de las empresas incubadas ya pueden mantenerse en el mercado por m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os. Por su parte, el Secretario de Econom\u00eda ofreci\u00f3 que la Semana PyME, que se realizar\u00e1 del 5 al 9 de noviembre, ser\u00e1 diferente a las anteriores porque ofrecer\u00e1 soluciones a los problemas de los empresarios. La Semana PyME dar\u00e1 servicios de incubaci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, consultor\u00eda, mercados internacionales, proveedores, financiamiento y agronegocios.
