En ella se cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de distinguidas personalidades del sector econ\u00f3mico, industrial, medio ambiente, entre otros como Miguel Ang\u00e9l Torres Torres, especialista en an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3mico regional y sectorial, quien presenta el art\u00edculo \u201c El Turismo de Salud: Una gran oportunidad para M\u00e9xico\u201d.Tambi\u00e9n se rinde homenaje a uno de los principales precursores industriales de Baja California, Don Gustavo Vild\u00f3sola Castro, en la secci\u00f3n de Impulsor de la Vinculaci\u00f3n Empresa-Escuela, presentada por Marta Eugenia D\u00e1vila Garc\u00eda.
