De acuerdo con estudios recientes de la OCDE, el pa\u00eds se mantiene entre los primeros lugares a nivel mundial en casos de acoso escolar, una situaci\u00f3n que, en 2026, sigue generando preocupaci\u00f3n por sus efectos en la ni\u00f1ez y adolescencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-222251 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/dra-daniela-diaz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"204\" height=\"307\" \/>La<strong> Dra. Daniela D\u00edaz Flores<\/strong>, <strong>coordinadora de la Licenciatura en Psicolog\u00eda Infantil de CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que el bullying no solo afecta a la v\u00edctima, sino tambi\u00e9n al agresor y a quienes observan y no intervienen. \u201cTodos se vuelven parte del problema cuando no se act\u00faa\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uno de los factores clave, mencion\u00f3 la docente, es la falta de supervisi\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento por parte de adultos, tanto en el entorno familiar como escolar. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que conductas normalizadas como la carrilla o bromas pesadas pueden escalar a formas de violencia que afectan la dignidad y bienestar de los menores de edad, esto sumado al impacto del entorno digital, donde el acoso se extiende a redes sociales, dando lugar al llamado ciberbullying, que puede mantenerse de forma constante y sin l\u00edmites de tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre las principales se\u00f1ales de alerta, la Dra. D\u00edaz destac\u00f3 cambios en el comportamiento, como aislamiento, p\u00e9rdida de inter\u00e9s en actividades, alteraciones en el sue\u00f1o o la alimentaci\u00f3n, bajo rendimiento escolar y manifestaciones de ansiedad o tristeza. En casos m\u00e1s graves, pueden presentarse autolesiones o afectaciones f\u00edsicas derivadas del estr\u00e9s constante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el bullying impacta directamente en la autoestima, la salud mental y el desarrollo emocional, donde ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes pueden experimentar ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n, dificultad para establecer relaciones sociales y una sensaci\u00f3n constante de alerta, lo que limita su desarrollo integral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ante este panorama, la especialista subray\u00f3 la importancia de la intervenci\u00f3n temprana. Escuchar sin juzgar, acompa\u00f1ar y canalizar apoyo profesional son acciones fundamentales para atender estos casos. Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que la atenci\u00f3n debe ser integral, involucrando tanto a la v\u00edctima como al agresor y al entorno que los rodea.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la prevenci\u00f3n, es clave fortalecer habilidades socioemocionales como la empat\u00eda, la comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva, la tolerancia y el establecimiento de l\u00edmites. \u201cAunque no exista un caso en espec\u00edfico, es fundamental trabajar en la prevenci\u00f3n y en la salud mental. Esto implica ense\u00f1ar a manejar emociones, fomentar el respeto y la tolerancia.
