Elisa Gonz\u00e1lez, docente de CETYS Preparatoria<\/strong>, particip\u00f3 como ponente en el <strong>9.\u00ba Congreso Internacional de la Felicidad<\/strong>, donde comparti\u00f3 los resultados de su investigaci\u00f3n doctoral titulada <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diagn\u00f3stico del bienestar en estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n media superior en Baja California, M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ponencia se deriv\u00f3 de su tesis desarrollada en el Doctorado en Educaci\u00f3n de CETYS Universidad, y se inspir\u00f3 en el <strong>Programa de Felicidad: Laboratorios para el Bienestar<\/strong>, iniciativa que la acad\u00e9mica implementa desde 2020 en CETYS Preparatoria, orientada a promover la salud emocional, la convivencia positiva y el desarrollo integral del estudiantado.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Bienestar con base cient\u00edfica<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudio presentado por la Dra. Gonz\u00e1lez cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>19,179 estudiantes<\/strong> de educaci\u00f3n media superior a nivel estatal y constituye el <strong>primer diagn\u00f3stico de bienestar en j\u00f3venes de Baja California<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La investigaci\u00f3n se bas\u00f3 en el modelo <strong>PERMA<\/strong> de Martin Seligman, el cual define el bienestar a partir de cinco componentes fundamentales: Emociones Positivas, Compromiso, Relaciones Positivas, Sentido y Logro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la docente destac\u00f3 la importancia de medir y fortalecer el bienestar estudiantil con base en evidencia cient\u00edfica, como una v\u00eda para mejorar tanto la salud mental como los procesos de aprendizaje en los entornos educativos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <strong>Congreso Internacional de la Felicidad<\/strong> re\u00fane anualmente a investigadores, docentes y expertos en psicolog\u00eda positiva, pedagog\u00eda y neurociencia de distintos pa\u00edses, con el prop\u00f3sito de impulsar pol\u00edticas, estrategias y programas que favorezcan el bienestar en la sociedad contempor\u00e1nea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con esta participaci\u00f3n, CETYS Universidad reafirma su liderazgo en la promoci\u00f3n de una educaci\u00f3n integral y humanista, centrada en el desarrollo emocional, acad\u00e9mico y social de sus estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-217475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Congreso2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1823\" height=\"697\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Congreso2.jpg 1823w, https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Congreso2-768x294.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1823px) 100vw, 1823px\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Dra.
