{"id":217393,"date":"2025-10-29T09:50:04","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T16:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/?p=217393"},"modified":"2025-10-29T09:50:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T16:50:04","slug":"cevit-reunira-a-expertos-en-el-primer-simposio-internacional-viticultura-sustentable-innovacion-agua-y-cambio-climatico-en-ensenada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/cevit-reunira-a-expertos-en-el-primer-simposio-internacional-viticultura-sustentable-innovacion-agua-y-cambio-climatico-en-ensenada\/","title":{"rendered":"CEVIT reunir\u00e1 a expertos en el primer Simposio Internacional \u201cViticultura Sustentable: Innovaci\u00f3n, Agua y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico\u201d en Ensenada."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como parte de su compromiso con la sostenibilidad y la innovaci\u00f3n en el sector agroindustrial, CETYS Universidad, a trav\u00e9s del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/cevit\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Centro de Estudios Vitivin\u00edcolas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (CEVIT), realizar\u00e1 el primer Simposio Internacional \u201cViticultura Sustentable: Innovaci\u00f3n, Agua y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico\u201d, los pr\u00f3ximos 6 y 7 de noviembre de 2025 en Ensenada, Baja California, en modalidad presencial y virtual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El encuentro acad\u00e9mico reunir\u00e1 a especialistas de siete pa\u00edses y once instituciones internacionales, quienes abordar\u00e1n los desaf\u00edos que enfrenta la viticultura ante los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico, el manejo responsable del agua y la transici\u00f3n hacia pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles en los vi\u00f1edos, indic\u00f3 la Dra. Diana Celaya Tentori, directora del CEVIT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante dos d\u00edas, productores, investigadores, en\u00f3logos y estudiantes podr\u00e1n participar en conferencias magistrales y paneles impartidos por ponentes de instituciones como University of California, Davis, UC Berkeley, California State University Fresno, New Mexico State University, Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, y la Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid, quienes abordar\u00e1n los siguientes temas clave:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cambio clim\u00e1tico y estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tecnolog\u00edas de riego y monitoreo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regeneraci\u00f3n de suelos y microbiolog\u00eda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuevas variedades resistentes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pat\u00f3genos emergentes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Econom\u00eda circular en bodegas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certificaciones y huella ambiental<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los ponentes internacionales se encuentran figuras de referencia como la Dra. Cristina Lazcano (UC Davis), especialista en suelos regenerativos; el Dr. Rodrigo Almeida (UC Berkeley), reconocido por su investigaci\u00f3n sobre pat\u00f3genos emergentes en la vid; el Mtro. Mark Battany (UC ANR), experto en manejo h\u00eddrico y sensores de clima; la Dra.
