Este importante encuentro reuni\u00f3 a representantes de instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior de todo el mundo, con el objetivo de impulsar el compromiso global con la salud y el bienestar en los entornos universitarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El evento marc\u00f3 un momento hist\u00f3rico al presentar el borrador oficial de lo que ser\u00e1 la <\/span><b>Carta de Limerick<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, un documento que guiar\u00e1 las acciones en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada en materia de promoci\u00f3n de la salud en universidades, a 10 a\u00f1os de la Declaraci\u00f3n de Okanagan y a 20 a\u00f1os de la Carta de Edmonton. Este nuevo marco es resultado de un proceso colaborativo de 18 meses, que incluy\u00f3 consultas globales y el respaldo de organismos internacionales como la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y la International Health Promoting Campuses Network (IHPCN).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En representaci\u00f3n de CETYS Universidad asisti\u00f3 la <\/span><b>Dra. Patricia P\u00e1ez Manjarrez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, coordinadora del programa institucional <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Armon\u00eda: salud y bienestar<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quien particip\u00f3 junto con representantes de la <\/span><b>Red Mexicana de Universidades Promotoras de Salud<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el simposio titulado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cStrategies in promoting health and well-being: the challenge of Mexican universities\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Su intervenci\u00f3n, bajo el t\u00edtulo <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cPromotion of mental health: a way to face social isolation in college students\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, abord\u00f3 la importancia de implementar estrategias preventivas y comunitarias ante el creciente desaf\u00edo del aislamiento social en estudiantes universitarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe destacar que s\u00f3lo tres universidades mexicanas participaron en esta cumbre internacional y CETYS fue una de las instituciones invitadas a <\/span><b>firmar la portada del borrador de la Carta de Limerick<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, acto simb\u00f3lico que refleja el compromiso con la construcci\u00f3n colectiva de campus m\u00e1s saludables, inclusivos y resilientes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFue un honor representar a CETYS Universidad en este evento de gran relevancia para la promoci\u00f3n de la salud y el bienestar en el \u00e1mbito universitario. Nuestra instituci\u00f3n est\u00e1 comprometida con el desarrollo de acciones innovadoras en este campo, por lo que resulta sumamente enriquecedor conocer e intercambiar buenas pr\u00e1cticas con otras instituciones. Participar en la presentaci\u00f3n del nuevo marco de acciones para la promoci\u00f3n de la salud y compartir las experiencias que implementamos en CETYS, permite refrendar la vinculaci\u00f3n y presencia internacional de nuestra instituci\u00f3n&#8221;, comparti\u00f3 la Dra.
