En representaci\u00f3n de la delegaci\u00f3n mexicana, el poeta, ensayista y acad\u00e9mico Jorge Ortega<\/strong>, fue invitado a participar en el Decimosexto Encuentro Internacional de Poetas 2024, Poes\u00eda en Paralelo Cero,<\/strong> que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en diversas sedes y ciudades de Ecuador<\/strong>. El encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 del 17 al 23 de noviembre de 2024, y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de una veintena de poetas de Am\u00e9rica, Europa y Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n

El escritor bajacaliforniano particip\u00f3 en diez lecturas de poes\u00eda en universidades y centros educativos, entre ellas, la Universidad del Azuay y la Universidad de Cuenca, en la ciudad de Cuenca, as\u00ed como en sedes e instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Quito.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

De manera simult\u00e1nea, m\u00e1s de sesenta mesas de lectura fueron realizadas en diversos colegios, centros culturales, auditorios y universidades, con el objetivo de democratizar el acercamiento a la lectura, la poes\u00eda y la creaci\u00f3n literaria. Asimismo, se ofrecieron conversatorios y espacios de entrevista con los autores y el p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n

En su decimosexta edici\u00f3n, el encuentro ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 500 poetas, editores y gestores culturales, que han dado vida a la reflexi\u00f3n po\u00e9tica a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os. Paralelo en Cero nace en el a\u00f1o <\/span>2009, con el objetivo de promocionar la poes\u00eda del Ecuador a escala nacional e internacional, invitando as\u00ed a los escritores m\u00e1s representativos de la poes\u00eda latinoamericana.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es as\u00ed que el tambi\u00e9n docente del Colegio de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades del CETYS Universidad reafirma su constante presencia en eventos clave del panorama literario internacional, consolid\u00e1ndose como una de las voces m\u00e1s relevantes de la poes\u00eda mexicana contempor\u00e1nea.<\/span><\/p>\n
