Estas y muchas otras preguntas fueron el centro de conversaci\u00f3n durante el panel <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cC\u00f3mo me contrataron: lo que nunca dicen en clase\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, evento realizado en CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali, como parte de la jornada <\/span><b>Conectando Saberes ICC 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizado por la <\/span><b>Mtra. Mar\u00eda Fernanda Mill\u00e1n Arce<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, coordinadora de Ingenier\u00eda en Ciencias Computacionales, el panel reuni\u00f3 a estudiantes de <\/span><b>4.\u00ba, 6.\u00ba y 8.\u00ba semestre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con un grupo de empleadores invitados provenientes de distintos sectores de la industria tecnol\u00f3gica, quienes compartieron su experiencia en reclutamiento y selecci\u00f3n de talento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los panelistas invitados fueron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Gustavo Schiaffino<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FW Sistemas<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aurora Gabriela Pimentel Sandoval<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spark Technologies<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Wendy Roc\u00edo Ch\u00e1vez L\u00f3pez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masimo<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adri\u00e1n Gonz\u00e1lez<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BTW Gulfstream<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Edwin Salinas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oshi Health<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Romelia Mend\u00edvil<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grupo Tress<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la conversaci\u00f3n, se abordaron temas como la importancia de mostrar habilidades blandas en el entorno laboral, errores comunes al postularse a una vacante, la preparaci\u00f3n previa a una entrevista y las competencias que marcan la diferencia en un entorno competitivo y cambiante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El evento fue especialmente valioso para los estudiantes de <\/span><b>semestres intermedios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ya que se llev\u00f3 a cabo <\/span><b>una semana antes del JobFest<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sirviendo como una excelente antesala para afinar sus estrategias de b\u00fasqueda de empleo, mejorar su CV y fortalecer su seguridad personal ante reclutadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Este tipo de espacios son esenciales para que nuestros alumnos comprendan lo que realmente sucede en los procesos de reclutamiento.
