En dos d\u00edas de actividades, el Congreso IUS 2024 abord\u00f3 temas cruciales como derechos humanos, resiliencia, propiedad intelectual y reformas legales, ofreciendo conocimientos clave para enfrentar los retos del derecho moderno<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante los d\u00edas 7 y 8 de noviembre, CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali fue el escenario de la XVII Edici\u00f3n del Congreso IUS<\/strong>, titulado <\/span>El Derecho al Movimiento: Tendencias y Transformaciones del Derecho<\/span><\/i>. Organizado por la Sociedad de Alumnos de Derecho (SADE)<\/a>, este evento reuni\u00f3 a estudiantes, docentes y expertos para explorar los desaf\u00edos y oportunidades que enfrenta el derecho en tiempos de constante cambio.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Dra. Bianca Barcel\u00f3<\/strong>, Directora de la Escuela de Derecho de CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali<\/strong>, inaugur\u00f3 el evento con un mensaje de agradecimiento: <\/span>\u201cEste Congreso es una suma de esfuerzos y s\u00e9 que con las diferentes conferencias, talleres, paneles y conversatorios, habr\u00e1 mucho dinamismo, sobre todo mucho aprendizaje. Felicito a los organizadores y participantes por generar un espacio din\u00e1mico y significativo\u201d<\/span>, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n

El evento ofreci\u00f3 diversas actividades dise\u00f1adas para fomentar el an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico y actualizaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica. Entre los conferencistas, se cont\u00f3 con el Dr. Cristian Colosio<\/strong>, quien abord\u00f3 el tema de la resiliencia en el \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico, destacando c\u00f3mo convertir desaf\u00edos en oportunidades y la Mtra. B\u00e1rbara Pacheco<\/strong> present\u00f3 su tema sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, analizando los retos que enfrentan en un mundo en constante transformaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, se realizaron talleres como el de argumentaci\u00f3n constitucional impartido por el Mtro. H\u00e9ctor Ibarra<\/strong>, que brind\u00f3 a los asistentes herramientas para la pr\u00e1ctica jur\u00eddica. Por su parte, el Dr. Benjam\u00edn Almanza<\/strong> ofreci\u00f3 la conferencia <\/span>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del c\u00f3digo: La realidad de la pr\u00e1ctica del derecho penal<\/span><\/i>, proporcionando una visi\u00f3n integral sobre los retos de este campo en la actualidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

El segundo d\u00eda del congreso incluy\u00f3 la conferencia de la Mtra. Brenda Valdez<\/strong> sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de la propiedad intelectual, enfoc\u00e1ndose en su adaptaci\u00f3n a las nuevas realidades digitales y tecnol\u00f3gicas. Adem\u00e1s, un panel moderado por la Mtra. Terry C\u00e1rdenas<\/strong> y la Mtra. Luz Villegas<\/strong> explor\u00f3 las oportunidades fronterizas para estudios en Estados Unidos, aportando una perspectiva internacional a los estudiantes de derecho.<\/span><\/p>\n

Otros temas destacados incluyeron la implementaci\u00f3n de la firma electr\u00f3nica biom\u00e9trica certificada, a cargo de la Mtra. Teresa Encinas<\/strong>, y una ponencia de la Magistrada Karina Acosta<\/strong> sobre los retos y principios para la aplicaci\u00f3n del nuevo C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Los asistentes tambi\u00e9n participaron en el panel <\/span>Del conflicto a la soluci\u00f3n: La gesti\u00f3n emocional en el proceso de mediaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/i>, dirigido por la Dra. Paulina Tinoco<\/strong>, el Magistrado Mario Moreno<\/strong>, el Mtro. Sergio Vargas<\/strong> y la Mtra. Alma Zazueta<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
