En realidad, va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 que eso.<\/p>\n<p>La salud mental impacta en diversos aspectos de nuestras vidas. Influye en la manera en que nos comportamos, la forma en que afrontamos y resolvemos los problemas de la vida diaria, la calidad en la toma de decisiones, el desarrollo de habilidades, el proceso de aprendizaje, el desempe\u00f1o laboral e incluso la manera en que impactamos a la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, entre las acciones que contribuyen a la atenci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n en temas de salud mental se integran tambi\u00e9n aspectos como el estilo de vida, la salud f\u00edsica, los h\u00e1bitos alimenticios, la higiene del sue\u00f1o, las relaciones interpersonales y hasta la din\u00e1mica familiar, entre muchos otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro estado mental influye en cada una de las esferas del individuo. Es indispensable llevar la promoci\u00f3n de la salud mental y la prevenci\u00f3n de sus afecciones a espacios comunitarios y escolares para, a su vez, escuchar y atender las necesidades de cada poblaci\u00f3n y propiciar as\u00ed el bienestar integral.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed que, en el mes de octubre, llevamos a cabo una serie de actividades que buscan impactar en el mejoramiento de la salud mental de la comunidad CETYS.
