Jessica Ibarra Ramonet<\/strong> se despidi\u00f3 de los estrategas como Directora de Campus Tijuana, present\u00e1ndose al mismo tiempo como Vicerrectora de Desarrollo y Experiencia Estudiantil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cLos retos han cambiado a partir de la reactivaci\u00f3n por la pandemia<\/em> -dijo la <strong>Mtra. Ibarra<\/strong>-. <em>Vivimos una etapa de nuevos retos para ustedes <\/em>(entrenadores)<em>, estudiantes-deportistas, directivos y <strong>CETYS<\/strong> en general. La Rector\u00eda solicita un fortalecimiento de nuestros programas y tenemos la tarea de dise\u00f1ar un plan estrat\u00e9gico con el destino claro para el deporte de nuestro <strong>CETYS<\/strong>\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al mismo tiempo, se present\u00f3 la <strong>Mtra. Yanina Rubio Boj\u00f3rquez<\/strong> como Directora de Campus Tijuana y ciment\u00f3 la promesa de dar continuidad a lo que se ha desarrollado hasta hoy en el argot deportivo, siendo adem\u00e1s enlace de las recomendaciones ya mencionadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-175206\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/ENTRENADORES2-e1692215509173.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"956\" height=\"637\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\u201cMuchas gracias por darme la oportunidad de dirigirme a ustedes. Asumo este nuevo reto con muchas ganas y compromiso por ser mejores. Me siento complacida por tener este enlace con la <strong>Mtra. Ibarra<\/strong>, porque su experiencia en el deporte estudiantil nos har\u00e1 m\u00e1s fuertes en todos los sentidos\u201d<\/em>, agreg\u00f3 la <strong>Mtra. Rubio<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la junta hubo una din\u00e1mica diferente para presentar a los entrenadores con una cartulina, donde cada uno explic\u00f3 su respectivo arribo a <strong>CETYS<\/strong> y el significado de estar aqu\u00ed. Posteriormente, cada entrenador devolvi\u00f3 dicha cartulina para completar un rompecabezas.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos puntos tratados en la reuni\u00f3n fueron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reclutamiento deportivo y becas equivalentes aprovechadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resumen de resultados deportivos durante el semestre pasado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fortalecimiento en el sector de preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica y fisioterapia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apertura y difusi\u00f3n permanente a la academia <strong>Zorros Kids<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Becas deportivas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulso a todas las disciplinas practicadas por alumnos de <strong>CETYS<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguimiento acad\u00e9mico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Mejoramiento de instalaciones y adquisici\u00f3n de material deportivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-175205\" menci\u00f3n especial a los entrenadores <strong>Eduardo Murgu\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>Jorge Romero<\/strong> y <strong>Fidel L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, ausentes en la reuni\u00f3n por atender a representativos nacionales en campeonatos mundiales de voleibol y b\u00e9isbol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se dio la bienvenida a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F\u00fatbol Americano: <strong>Francisco Guzm\u00e1n Gress<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Germ\u00e1n Meza<\/strong> e <strong>Isaak Padilla<\/strong> en el cuerpo t\u00e9cnico.<\/li>\n<li>B\u00e1squetbol: <strong>Omar Garc\u00eda<\/strong> como\u00a0apoyo en revisi\u00f3n audiovisual.<\/li>\n<li>Psicolog\u00eda: <strong>H\u00e9ctor Garc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Fisioterapia: <strong>V\u00edctor Oronoz<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, se anunci\u00f3 oficialmente que\u00a0<strong>Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez Jerez<\/strong>\u00a0retoma el puesto de
