A nivel nacional, la edad promedio de Investigadores y Especialistas en Ciencias Sociales es de 41.5 a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan cifras de 2022, en este sentido y con el prop\u00f3sito de incentivar el inter\u00e9s temprano en la ciencia y desarrollar investigadores n\u00f3veles, CETYS Universidad\u00a0lanz\u00f3 su programa piloto para estudiantes; \u201cSemilleros<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0Investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0para Estudiantes\u201d.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con la Dra. Cecilia Osuna Lever<\/strong>, Coordinadora Institucional de\u00a0Investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0en el Sistema CETY<\/em>S, a nivel internacional se est\u00e1 privilegiando la contrataci\u00f3n profesional con perfil STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s\u201d) lo que implica tener habilidades desarrolladas para la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0cient\u00edfica. Las empresas e instituciones de todos los sectores, buscan cada vez con mayor frecuencia, profesionistas con habilidades en\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0y para la generaci\u00f3n e interpretaci\u00f3n de datos para la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEn congruencia con esto, en CETYS se promueve cada vez m\u00e1s este perfil y dentro de la formaci\u00f3n universitaria llevan materias con enfoque hacia la metodolog\u00eda de la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>, pero para aquellos estudiantes que tienen inquietud m\u00e1s profunda por la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0cient\u00edfica se cre\u00f3 un programa especial.\u00a0Semilleros<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0Investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0para Estudiantes es un programa estructurado para fomentar sus habilidades de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0y que promover\u00e1 experiencias de aprendizaje asociadas a proyectos de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0reales, asesorados por mentores quienes son investigadores de la instituci\u00f3n y que en su mayor\u00eda pertenecen al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores (SNI)\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 la Dra. Osuna Lever.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Bajo este orden de ideas, la Dra. Milena Sorzano Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, Coordinadora de\u00a0Semilleros<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0Investigaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/em>, explic\u00f3 que el objetivo principal es incentivar la participaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes, a quienes se les designar\u00e1 un docente mentor cuya l\u00ednea de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0sea de mayor inter\u00e9s, estos tendr\u00e1n capacitaciones de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo investigativo, visitas a Centros de\u00a0Investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0Regionales o Internacionales, entre otras actividades, para articular \u201cSemilleros<\/span>\u00a0de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u201d e incluso se vincular\u00e1n a organizaciones con especialistas en el campo de la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0cient\u00edfica como la\u00a0RED Nacional de Actividades Juveniles en Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cLo que al final obtendremos son estudiantes capaces de desarrollar proyectos de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0cuyos resultados ayuden a la resoluci\u00f3n de problem\u00e1ticas tecnol\u00f3gicas, sociales, econ\u00f3micas en diferentes contextos y, por supuesto, la difusi\u00f3n de conocimiento\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

En esta primera etapa, el programa piloto comenz\u00f3 con alumnos de CETYS Universidad<\/strong> en Campus Tijuana del Colegio de Administraci\u00f3n y Negocios, algunas l\u00edneas de\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0que se impulsan en este Colegio son: emprendimiento e intraemprendimiento, empresas familiares y gobierno corporativo, econom\u00eda del conocimiento, sustentabilidad corporativa, desarrollo organizacional, industrias creativas, econom\u00eda social,\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n<\/span>\u00a0en contextos de violencia, por mencionar algunos. Se evaluar\u00e1n los resultados del programa y posteriormente se replicar\u00e1 en los otros Colegios y Campus que conforman a la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
