Daniela D\u00edaz Flores, coordinadora de la Licenciatura en Psicolog\u00eda Infantil en CETYS Universidad, Campus Mexicali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLas redes sociales se han convertido en un espacio en el que formamos y construimos relaciones, configuramos nuestra propia identidad, y nos expresamos y conocemos el mundo que nos rodea. \u00bfPero<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hemos valorado suficientemente qu\u00e9 riesgos supone?\u201d, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuestiona la especialista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aumento en el uso de plataformas como Instagram, Youtube, TikTok y Snapchat, especialmente entre los menores de edad, est\u00e1 propiciando la generaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos de uso excesivo de dichas redes y de los dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos, relacionados con el desarrollo de trastornos como la ansiedad, s\u00edntomas depresivos y problemas de percepci\u00f3n de la imagen corporal, particularmente en las etapas de desarrollo cognitivo infantil y de la adolescencia, que es vital para la consolidaci\u00f3n de su identidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-165740\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RRSS1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"958\" height=\"637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RRSS1.jpg 958w, https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/RRSS1-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 958px) 100vw, 958px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta realidad hace importante cuestionarse si lo hace, y en su caso identificar si la exposici\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes a las redes sociales ocasiona cambios de comportamiento significativos, junto con signos claros de ansiedad, preocupaci\u00f3n o frustraci\u00f3n con respecto a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">las<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> noticias <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que se comparten en esos medios.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> recientes. \u201cSi este es el caso, no dude en buscar el apoyo de su profesional de la salud local, preferiblemente un psic\u00f3logo infantil con licencia\u201d, invit\u00f3 la Psic\u00f3loga \u00c9rika Garza-Elorduy, egresada de la Licenciatura en Psicolog\u00eda Infantil de CETYS Universidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despu\u00e9s de todo, la responsabilidad de crear un ambiente seguro y de confianza para los menores, donde puedan expresar libremente sus emociones, pensamientos y dudas acerca de lo que ven en l\u00ednea, es de los adultos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a ni\u00f1ez es el per\u00edodo donde se aprende a diferenciar entre la realidad y la fantas\u00eda, el bien y el mal, el equilibrio entre la confianza y la desconfianza, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">por lo que<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consumir contenidos dif\u00edciles de conceptualizar o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> discernir<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">puede afectar significativamente<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada contenido que consumimos evoca pensamientos y sentimientos: \u00bfEsta persona es mayor o menor que yo?; \u00bfEstoy de acuerdo con lo que dicen?; \u00bfHubiera yo hecho lo mismo?; etc. Esto no es diferente para los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes\u201d, agreg\u00f3 la coordinadora.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">xperta enlist<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">o<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">algunas acciones que los adultos involucrados en la crianza de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes pueden implementar para prevenir, detectar y tratar comportamientos y s\u00edntomas de afectaciones relacionadas con el uso de las redes sociales de Internet:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Conoce Internet y aprende c\u00f3mo funciona: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber lo esencial del funcionamiento y aplicaci\u00f3n de Internet.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Generar una comunicaci\u00f3n abierta con los hijos: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear un ambiente de confianza entre padres e hijos, donde el di\u00e1logo y la comunicaci\u00f3n sea lo principal para conversar de las inquietudes de los menores conforme su desarrollo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Evita prohibirles su utilizaci\u00f3n:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Los ni\u00f1os deben aprender h\u00e1bitos de un buen uso de internet a trav\u00e9s de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l ejemplo de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> los padres, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quienes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con sus lecciones e indicaciones <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son su modelo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a seguir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Establece normas de uso:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pacten los horarios, tiempo de uso<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contenidos <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a los que puede acceder<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> seg\u00fan la edad del infante o adolescente<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ayudar\u00e1 a mantener <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> equilibrio con sus otras actividades ordinarias.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Mantente al tanto del quehacer del menor en l\u00ednea:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Es importante interesarse por <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sus<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> actividades en internet. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preg\u00fantales<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qu\u00e9 es lo que hacen, qu\u00e9 p\u00e1ginas visitan, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y trata de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> conocer sus amigos en las redes sociales.
