Si bien<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se trata de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> un tema poco explorado, la pandemia por COVID-19 trajo consigo consecuencias emocionales en los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os de casa. El encierro, la sobreexposici\u00f3n a informaci\u00f3n, la posible exposici\u00f3n a violencia intrafamiliar, el temor a perder a un familiar cercano se vio reflejado en un incremento de miedo, ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tanto en adultos como en los infantes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la Gu\u00eda de Pr\u00e1ctica Cl\u00ednica, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la depresi\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es un trastorno del estado de \u00e1nimo constituido por un conjunto de s\u00edntomas, entre los que predominan los de tipo afectivo acompa\u00f1ados de s\u00edntomas de tipo cognitivo, volitivo y f\u00edsicos, explic\u00f3 la Mtra. Am<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e9<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rica Garc\u00eda, coordinadora de las maestr\u00edas en Gerontolog\u00eda Social y Psicolog\u00eda en CETYS Universidad, Campus Mexicali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dicho trastorno puede manifestarse en los infantes en actitudes o emociones como estar ansiosos, malhumorados, fingir presentar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alguna<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enfermedad, negarse a ir a la escuela o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a realizar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sus actividades habituales, aferrarse a sus padres o preocuparse por la p\u00e9rdida de alg\u00fan ser querido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es fundamental detectar a tiempo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la depresi\u00f3n en la infancia,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pues un diagn\u00f3stico oportuno hace posible brindar a los menores la ayuda y el tratamiento necesario para enfrentar esta condici\u00f3n. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La depresi\u00f3n puede causar s\u00edntomas graves que afectan c\u00f3mo se siente, piensa y coordina actividades diarias como dormir, comer o trabajar, detall\u00f3 la acad\u00e9mica.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se han descrito factores de vulnerabilidad, de activaci\u00f3n y de protecci\u00f3n en la depresi\u00f3n infanto-juvenil, la coordinadora detall\u00f3 que hay factores de protecci\u00f3n\u00a0 que pueden implementar los padres de familia y\/o la red de apoyo del menor, que reducen la probabilidad de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que sufra<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> depresi\u00f3n como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mantener<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> buenas habilidades sociales o relaciones de amistad<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> relaciones estrechas con uno o m\u00e1s miembros de la familia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alcanzar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> logros personales valorados socialmente<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practicar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alg\u00fan deporte o <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">realizar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> actividad f\u00edsica<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participaci\u00f3n en clubes escolares\/sociales o en voluntariado<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-163529 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/AmericaGPortal.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"430\" height=\"745\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">i cree que su hijo puede estar en riesgo no dude en buscar ayuda profesional.
