{"id":162056,"date":"2022-02-28T10:33:56","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T18:33:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/?p=162056"},"modified":"2022-03-01T10:48:36","modified_gmt":"2022-03-01T18:48:36","slug":"5-reglas-de-comunicacion-en-tiempos-turbulentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/5-reglas-de-comunicacion-en-tiempos-turbulentos\/","title":{"rendered":"5 reglas de comunicaci\u00f3n en tiempos turbulentos\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La comunicaci\u00f3n se ha hecho m\u00e1s necesaria en estos tiempos de crisis, por ello el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Pablo \u00c1lamo, Socio Fundador de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Invivus Consulting<\/strong> comparti\u00f3 con alumnos del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/gsb\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CETYS Graduate School of Business<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las 5 reglas de oro de la comunicaci\u00f3n en tiempos turbulentos, toma nota<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1.Proactividad:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hay que actuar r\u00e1pido, es com\u00fan equivocarse y rectificar porque va saliendo la informaci\u00f3n constantemente, se comprenden los errores pero no la pasividad, el no moverse a tiempo en un contexto de crisis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2.Empat\u00eda:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mantenerse cercano con los grupos de inter\u00e9s es de vital importancia, para ello hay que seleccionar canales de comunicaci\u00f3n bidireccionales que permitan no s\u00f3lo informar sino escuchar y validar que el mensaje que quer\u00edamos realmente ha\u00a0 llegado a destino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3.M\u00e1xima atenci\u00f3n a las emociones fuertes: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en tiempos de crisis las personas experimentan emociones muy fuertes y esto puede afectar la estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n organizacional. Cuando alguien est\u00e1 pose\u00eddo por una emoci\u00f3n fuerte no puede escuchar, por eso a veces la mejor reacci\u00f3n es no responder inmediatamente, sino preparar una serie de mensajes que den contexto y tranquilidad.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>4.Comunicar compromiso con el control del riesgo: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la percepci\u00f3n del riesgo va unida a tres factores: gravedad, familiaridad y control, por ello tenemos que comunicar palabras con sentido que muestren acompa\u00f1amiento e inter\u00e9s. Los l\u00edderes empresariales deben transmitir ejemplaridad en el manejo prudente de los riesgos empresariales.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>5.Comunicar con verdad, fe y esperanza:<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nuestros mensajes deben ser cercanos y transmitir un mejor panorama. El Comit\u00e9 de crisis y los gerentes que lideran la comunicaci\u00f3n empresarial no deben perder nunca la esperanza, el convencimiento de que las cosas siempre pueden ir mejor e ir\u00e1n mejor con pasi\u00f3n, talento y esfuerzo. Hay que prepararse para lo peor, pero esperar lo mejor.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre los diferentes puntos, el Dr. Pablo \u00c1lamo expres\u00f3 que se recomienda tener un comit\u00e9 de crisis formado por expertos de diversas \u00e1reas de la empresa con expertos externos a la compa\u00f1\u00eda, porque en tiempos turbulentos ayuda mucho contar con diferentes puntos de vista y perspectivas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Comit\u00e9 tiene un car\u00e1cter consultivo, no deliberativo, porque en tiempos de crisis las decisiones no se toman por consenso sino por autoridad: el m\u00e1ximo l\u00edder debe marcar el rumbo para salir de la crisis.
