Experto <\/i><\/b><b><i>CETYS comparte algunas<\/i><\/b><b><i> recomendaciones para <\/i><\/b><b><i>aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo esta<\/i><\/b><b><i> prestaci\u00f3n laboral decembrina<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La v\u00edspera navide\u00f1a se hace presente con el inicio del \u00faltimo mes del a\u00f1o y las festividades son el mejor momento para pensar <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> c\u00f3mo utilizar la llegada de ingresos extras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fechas decembrinas los gastos son mayores en comparaci\u00f3n con el resto del a\u00f1o, as\u00ed que lo m\u00e1s recomendable es planear con anticipaci\u00f3n en qu\u00e9 se va a distribuir la compensaci\u00f3n laboral del aguinaldo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con el Mtro. Enrique Luna, coordinador de la Licenciatura en Contador P\u00fablico Internacional de CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali,\u00a0 el aguinaldo es una prestaci\u00f3n a la que tienen derecho los trabajadores <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adscritos a las organizaciones<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bajo la modalidad de sueldos y salarios, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quienes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por ley tendr\u00e1n que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recibirla<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a m\u00e1s tardar el 20 de diciembre, independiente de si <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es empleado base, de confianza, contratado por obra o tiempo determinado, de acuerdo con el art. 87 de la Ley Federal de Trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recibir estos ingresos adicionales causa alegr\u00eda y alivio, no s\u00f3lo porque es un activo producto del trabajo, sino tambi\u00e9n porque facilita cubrir necesidades, gustos y prioridades<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> una \u00e9poca en la que se <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">generan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> muchos gastos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con base en lo anterior, el Mtro. Luna Guti\u00e9rrez emiti\u00f3 los siguientes consejos para que aproveches mejor tu aguinaldo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planifica en qu\u00e9 lo utilizar\u00e1s:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procura no caer en las compras de p\u00e1nico por la euforia en esta \u00e9poca decembrina, principalmente por la incertidumbre de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que ha generado la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pandemia<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
