{"id":154179,"date":"2021-04-05T11:41:17","date_gmt":"2021-04-05T18:41:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/?p=154179"},"modified":"2021-04-05T13:16:58","modified_gmt":"2021-04-05T20:16:58","slug":"la-gestion-del-talento-humano-en-las-pymes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/la-gestion-del-talento-humano-en-las-pymes\/","title":{"rendered":"La gesti\u00f3n del talento humano en las pymes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las cifras demuestran la importante aportaci\u00f3n de las pymes a la econom\u00eda de nuestro pa\u00eds, hasta antes de la pandemia, estas generaban el 72% del empleo en M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad, A.C.\u00a0 Es indudable que la presencia del Covid-19 ha obligado a estas empresas a realizar cambios importantes para sobrevivir. Reinventarse o morir, es su lema en estos momentos. Sin embargo, para sobrevivir, sus procesos deben de ser m\u00e1s eficientes o en ocasiones, simplemente, contar con estos. La gesti\u00f3n del talento humano es clave para el \u00e9xito de cualquier organizaci\u00f3n y las pymes no son la excepci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, rara vez cuentan con procesos en esta \u00e1rea, las contrataciones, por ejemplo, son el resultado de recomendaciones, circunstancias y no de una adecuada planeaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generalmente en las pymes no existe un \u00e1rea que se dedique a la gesti\u00f3n del talento humano, y se entiende, ya que no poseen el recurso suficiente para poder hacerlo. Sin embargo, es necesario que se desarrollen procesos que permitan a estas empresas hacerse del mejor talento humano de acuerdo a sus posibilidades, y una vez que sea as\u00ed, desarrollar los programas necesarios para motivarlo y desarrollarlo, al tiempo que se cumplen con las obligaciones patronales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualmente existen varias opciones para las pymes en la gesti\u00f3n del talento humano; desde consultor\u00eda dedicada exclusivamente a este sector, as\u00ed como diversos softwares que permiten desarrollar procedimientos y pol\u00edticas para las \u00e1reas de reclutamiento, selecci\u00f3n, contrataci\u00f3n, n\u00f3minas, seguridad e higiene y evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed mismo, la contrataci\u00f3n de los servicios de capacitaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 pasando por uno de sus mejores momentos, ya que los precios han bajado considerablemente gracias a la tecnolog\u00eda, lo que implica que las empresas pueden capacitar ahora, a un menor costo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, la gesti\u00f3n del talento humano implica un compromiso por parte de la gerencia que, en un principio, es dif\u00edcil de conseguir en este sector, sin embargo, una vez que se llevan a cabo los cambios necesarios, los resultados hablan por s\u00ed mismos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Por: Ma.
