Sin embargo, cuando una persona se enamora en su cerebro ocurre algo parecido a una revoluci\u00f3n, explica Experto CETYS\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando del romance se trata, se puede decir que el coraz\u00f3n y la raz\u00f3n no se llevan muy bien. Sin embargo, cuando una persona se enamora en su cerebro comienzan a suceder cosas, conexiones de neuronas, segregaci\u00f3n de sustancias propias de la emoci\u00f3n llamada amor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la perspectiva de la neuropsicolog\u00eda, el enamoramiento y una fecha ic\u00f3nica como lo es el 14 de febrero, D\u00eda del Amor y la Amistad o de San Valent\u00edn, tienen mayor relaci\u00f3n al tratarse de un sentimiento que experimentan los seres humanos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podemos entender al amor rom\u00e1ntico, como un sentimiento universal, o un constructo social, indic\u00f3 el Dr. Daniel \u00c1lvarez, coordinador de la Maestr\u00eda en Neuropsicolog\u00eda de CETYS Universidad Campus Mexicali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Detall\u00f3 que el enamoramiento es un estado emocional en el cual una persona se siente atra\u00edda por otra, y en el que encuentra satisfacci\u00f3n cuando puede comprender y compartir las diversas experiencias que trae consigo la vida con dicho ser especial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tal y como explican importantes autores de su \u00e1mbito, el acad\u00e9mico precis\u00f3 que el amor rom\u00e1ntico no es un proceso que se inicia en el coraz\u00f3n, sino que se trata de un evento que se construye y, algunas veces, se destruye al interior del cerebro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero, \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que sucede para que un sujeto quiz\u00e1s desconocido se convierta en el ser amado o en una persona especial?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer paso para responder esta inc\u00f3gnita es analizar la etapa de enamoramiento, ese estado inicial en el que diversos neurotransmisores disfrazados de cupido empiezan a cambiar su funcionamiento en el cerebro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCuando nos enamoramos se registra un aumento en los niveles de dopamina, un neurotransmisor relacionado con la sensaci\u00f3n de gratificaci\u00f3n, de placer, y con los procesos de emoci\u00f3n y motivaci\u00f3n, regulando la sensaci\u00f3n de expectativa hacia la recompensa. Esto provocar\u00eda que cuando nos enamoramos estemos propensos a buscar cualquier excusa con tal de ver, o\u00edr o simplemente estar junto a la persona en cuesti\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 el experto.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posteriormente, aumenta el n\u00famero de los neurotransmisores enamorados y de la noradrenalina en el cerebro, lo cual puede provocar entre otras cosas insomnio, p\u00e9rdida de apetito y taquicardia, \u201cprobablemente esto \u00faltimo explicar\u00eda el motivo por el cual el coraz\u00f3n acab\u00f3 siendo el s\u00edmbolo del amor y no el gris y arrugado cerebro\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al mismo tiempo, la serotonina presenta niveles bajos de concentraci\u00f3n, lo cual podr\u00eda estar relacionado con los pensamientos obsesivos que la mayor\u00eda de las personas presentan hacia la persona amada durante esta etapa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed que enamorarse no es solamente producto de un desbalance qu\u00edmico que ocurre en el cerebro, sino que tambi\u00e9n desencadena efectos en sistemas funcionales de distintas regiones relacionadas con los procesos de emoci\u00f3n, motivaci\u00f3n o el juicio y la l\u00f3gica, espec\u00edficamente localizados en la corteza prefrontal que es el centro del funcionamiento ejecutivo y del pensamiento cr\u00edtico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo este proceso, coment\u00f3 el Dr. \u00c1lvarez, se traduce como una suspensi\u00f3n del juicio de los criterios de valoraci\u00f3n con los que juzgamos a otras personas, es decir, <em>\u201cnos volvemos ciegos ante los posibles defectos que pueda tener la persona amada\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalmente, el coordinador dijo que el amor es un proceso muy exigente para el cerebro, pero que tiene la capacidad de hacer felices a las personas, por lo que lo m\u00e1s recomendable para cuidar el bienestar y la salud de este \u00f3rgano vital es elegir con cuidado a esa persona, para que haga valer la pena todos los cambios experimentados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando del romance se trata, normalmente el coraz\u00f3n y la raz\u00f3n no se llevan muy bien.
