De acuerdo con el <strong>Dr. Maciel Garc\u00eda Fuentes,<\/strong> <em>Docente de la Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n y Negocios<\/em> de <strong>CETYS Universidad Campus Tijuana<\/strong>, es necesario generar pol\u00edticas industriales y por sectores que permita sacar los mayores beneficios al pacto.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A 2020 las PYMES en M\u00e9xico representan 4.1 millones de las empresas, el 95.4% del total, su contribuci\u00f3n al PIB es del 52%. Para las PYMES Tecnol\u00f3gicas esto ha sido posible gracias a trabajadores mexicanos que han aprovechado el conocimiento aprendido en grandes empresas globales y luego buscan emprender con tecnolog\u00eda que requiere la cadena de valor y que cumple con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cVemos que existen extrabajadores de empresas multinacionales que despu\u00e9s de un tiempo salen de sus organizaciones para crear sus propios establecimientos y encontramos curiosamente que estas empresas se vuelven proveedoras, en alto porcentaje, de las empresas en las que laboraron incluso cumpliendo los altos est\u00e1ndares, esta situaci\u00f3n es la que se debe aprovechar\u201d, narr\u00f3 el acad\u00e9mico de CETYS Tijuana.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_148256\" style=\"width: 591px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-148256\" class=\" wp-image-148256\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/maciel-garcia-fuentes.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"581\" height=\"369\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-148256\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">El Docente de la Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n y Negocios de CETYS Tijuana colabor\u00f3 como coautor de un capitulo del libro: &#8220;La reestructuraci\u00f3n de Norteam\u00e9rica a trav\u00e9s del libre comercio: del TLCAN al TMEC&#8221;<\/p><\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\">La participaci\u00f3n de empresas mexicanas como proveedoras podr\u00eda aumentar, sin embargo el T-MEC requiere de respaldo a trav\u00e9s de pol\u00edticas industriales regionales de los gobiernos locales y nacionales, considerando las ventajas competitivas que existen, por ejemplo para el sector aeroespacial en Baja California, para el sector automotriz en el Baj\u00edo o de las TIC\u2019s en Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El<em> Docente de la Escuela de Administraci\u00f3n y Negocios<\/em> de <strong>CETYS Campus Tijuana<\/strong> particip\u00f3 como coautor de un cap\u00edtulo del libro \u201cLa reestructuraci\u00f3n de Norteam\u00e9rica a trav\u00e9s del libre comercio: del TLCAN al TMEC&#8221;, un trabajo coordinado por el Colegio de la Frontera Norte, del Colegio de M\u00e9xico y la UNAM, de la mano con el Dr. \u00d3scar Contreras titulado Peque\u00f1as empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas mexicanas en las cadenas de valor de norteam\u00e9rica<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u201cRevisamos que tras 25 a\u00f1os del TLCAN demandaba reformas, ahora con el T-MEC encontramos un cap\u00edtulo espec\u00edfico para incentivar las PYMES de Norteam\u00e9rica, pero le corresponde a las regiones incentivar a las PYMES que regularmente se encuentran alrededor de grandes empresas\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>LOS ESCENARIOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El<strong> Dr. Maciel Garc\u00eda Fuentes<\/strong>\u00a0describi\u00f3 dos posibles escenarios para las PYMES Tecnol\u00f3gicas tras el T-MEC, uno de fortalecimiento y otro de mantenimiento, lo que podr\u00eda definirlo es el empuje que reciban estas empresas y que a su vez potenciar\u00e1n la generaci\u00f3n de empleo, mejora en las econom\u00edas regionales y su incorporaci\u00f3n a las grandes cadenas de valor internacionales a las cuales es dificil ingresar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para adquirir mas detalles de la publicaci\u00f3n, pueden acceder al siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com.mx\/dp\/B08BX8RQYG\/\">link<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Tratado M\u00e9xico-Estados Unidos-Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC) promete traer beneficios para las Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas (PYMES) en Norteam\u00e9rica, con ello no solo crecer\u00e1n&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":148255,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[134,4579,114,125,313],"tags":[4748],"class_list":["post-148254","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-campus-tijuana","category-expertos-cetys","category-opinion","category-portada","category-vocetys-2","tag-vocetys-2020-09-07"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
