{"id":141061,"date":"2020-02-28T16:15:07","date_gmt":"2020-02-29T00:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/?p=141061"},"modified":"2020-02-28T16:25:29","modified_gmt":"2020-02-29T00:25:29","slug":"alcanzar-el-entorno-global-objetivo-cumplido-de-sandra-merlo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/alcanzar-el-entorno-global-objetivo-cumplido-de-sandra-merlo\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcanzar el entorno global, objetivo cumplido de Sandra Merlo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trascender e impactar positivamente en la comunidad era el sue\u00f1o profesional de <strong>Sandra Merlo Dorantes<\/strong>, quien inici\u00f3 su vida laboral en sistemas de producci\u00f3n en Ensenada, fue por ello que decidi\u00f3 profesionalizarse estudiando una carrera, para m\u00e1s tarde seguir su formaci\u00f3n en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/oferta-educativa\/posgrado\/maestria-en-ingenieria-e-innovacion\/\">Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n<\/a> en CETYS Universidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Su trayectoria profesional est\u00e1 enmarcada por la dedicaci\u00f3n, la superaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje constante. Se considera una persona perseverante, capaz y competitiva, aspectos que la han llevado a alcanzar el entorno global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sandra Merlo dise\u00f1\u00f3, mientras estudiaba la Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n, un sistema para compartir conocimiento t\u00e9cnico y experiencias entre procesos productivos de la industria automotriz para la empresa que labora; present\u00f3 la propuesta y el CEO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda aprob\u00f3 que este sistema se implementara en diez plantas de producci\u00f3n en siete pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDesarroll\u00e9 la propuesta contando siempre con el apoyo de mi asesora de proyecto, y despu\u00e9s de ser aprobada, en octubre de 2019, se empez\u00f3 a implementar en las otras plantas con el involucramiento de 64 personas de distintas ingenier\u00edas y distintas nacionalidades\u201d, detall\u00f3 Sandra.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fue as\u00ed como obtuvo una posici\u00f3n global en la compa\u00f1\u00eda donde se desempe\u00f1aba como<strong> Gerente de Excelencia Operacional.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un futuro, Sandra planea seguir creciendo profesionalmente, aspira a certificarse como administradora de proyectos y quiere desarrollar competencias en el \u00e1rea de educaci\u00f3n superior, ya que comparte su experiencia y conocimientos como docente en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/campus-ensenada\/\">CETYS Ensenada<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAs\u00ed como me gusta aprender, tambi\u00e9n me encanta compartir lo que s\u00e9, por ello busco que los estudiantes y profesionistas con los que tengo relaci\u00f3n aprendan y se motiven a ser mejores, porque creo que de esta forma contribuyo al \u00e9xito de las empresas donde ellos se desempe\u00f1an y se forma una cadena que tiene diferentes impactos positivos en la comunidad\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estudiar la Maestr\u00eda en Ingenier\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n en CETYS Universidad y desarrollar el proyecto al t\u00e9rmino de la misma, as\u00ed como su perseverancia y ganas de triunfar fue lo que llev\u00f3 a Sandra a alcanzar el entorno global en la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias de manufactura y producci\u00f3n en la industria automotriz, su logro profesional m\u00e1s significativo hasta el momento y del cual se dice orgullosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHaber estudiado en CETYS me hace sentir respaldada como profesionista, porque me form\u00e9 en una instituci\u00f3n de alto nivel e impacto, que traspasa todo tipo de fronteras y te crea la mentalidad de ir siempre m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los l\u00edmites, por lo tanto, te prepara para que nada te detenga\u201d, concluy\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/alumni\/\">CETYS Alumni.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Trascender e impactar positivamente en la comunidad era el sue\u00f1o profesional de Sandra Merlo Dorantes, quien inici\u00f3 su vida laboral en sistemas&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":23,"featured_media":141063,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[107,132,313],"tags":[4246],"class_list":["post-141061","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alumni","category-campus-ensenada","category-vocetys-2","tag-vocetys-top-2020-02-28"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
