Salvador Ledezma Mari\u00f1ez<\/strong>. El egresado de la instituci\u00f3n realiz\u00f3 el taller de An\u00e1lisis e implicaciones de la reforma laboral, en donde resalt\u00f3 que, en el marco del T-MEC, M\u00e9xico adquiri\u00f3 entre sus compromisos la adecuaci\u00f3n de 500 art\u00edculos de la <strong>Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las reformas fueron encaminadas a la ratificaci\u00f3n del Convenio 98 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo sobre libertad sindical.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <strong>Maestro en Derecho<\/strong> destac\u00f3 entre los cambios relevantes de dicha reforma:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libertad sindical:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libre voto en elecci\u00f3n de lideres<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Libertad de negociaci\u00f3n en el contrato colectivo de trabajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los trabajadores deciden si pertenecen o no al sindicato<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los trabajadores podr\u00e1n estar afiliados a m\u00e1s de un sindicato<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proceso Laboral<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desaparecen las juntas de conciliaci\u00f3n y arbitraje y se crean el Centro Federal de conciliaci\u00f3n y registro laboral<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agilidad en los procesos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Huelga:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Representatividad de los trabajadores en el emplazamiento a huelga<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La reforma fue
