{"id":136547,"date":"2019-10-31T11:01:41","date_gmt":"2019-10-31T18:01:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/?p=136547"},"modified":"2019-11-01T12:04:26","modified_gmt":"2019-11-01T19:04:26","slug":"inclusion-y-respeto-a-derechos-humanos-indispensables-en-el-crecimiento-profesional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/noticias\/inclusion-y-respeto-a-derechos-humanos-indispensables-en-el-crecimiento-profesional\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusi\u00f3n y respeto a derechos humanos, indispensables en el crecimiento profesional"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los valores de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\"><strong>CETYS Universidad<\/strong><\/a> para formar ciudadanos, tanto en el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico como deportivo, siempre desde una perspectiva \u00e9tica, son parte de las herramientas que el egresado <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Mora Marrufo<\/strong> recibi\u00f3 para poder impulsar su carrera en la defensa de los derechos humanos, y que hoy lo han llevado a ser el<em> Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos de Baja California (CEDHBC).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Egresado de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/oferta-educativa\/preparatoria\/\"><strong>Preparatoria CETYS<\/strong><\/a> y de la <em>Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales (LNI)<\/em> del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/cetysuniversidadtij\">campus Tijuana<\/a> en 2008, tuvo la oportunidad de participar en experiencias internacionales en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, donde realiz\u00f3 estudios sobre Desigualdad, Cooperaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo. Desde entonces, lleva m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en la lucha de estos derechos tanto con la CEDHBC, as\u00ed como organismos empresariales.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHe recibido de mi alma mater una gran formaci\u00f3n integral \u00e9tica, desde las aulas en mis clases de Negocios Internacionales y la formaci\u00f3n del f\u00fatbol americano\u201d, consider\u00f3 el egresado del campus Tijuana.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde hace m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os ha sido testigo del trabajo conjunto de <strong>CETYS<\/strong> con la Comisi\u00f3n, y que han llevado a la firma de convenios para la colaboraci\u00f3n en conjunto. Por ejemplo, estudiantes de la Escuela de Psicolog\u00eda han ayudado en temas de derechos humanos reproductivos y estudiantes de Derecho han realizado sus pr\u00e1cticas en CEDHBC.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHoy mis compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros en la CEDHBC tienen un gran perfil profesional, y no solo en derecho. Tenemos psic\u00f3logos, peritos m\u00e9dicos, comunic\u00f3logos, trabajadores sociales, abogados\u201d, mencion\u00f3 el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ombudsman<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>El papel de las universidades<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/alumni\/\"><strong>CETYS Alumni<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0asegur\u00f3 que las universidades son entes id\u00f3neas y naturales para fomentar la cultura y respeto de los derechos humanos, as\u00ed como valores como la inclusi\u00f3n. Por ello resalta la labor de <strong>CETYS<\/strong> para trabajar en este sentido y que ha establecido como uno de sus pilares para su desarrollo institucional en el Plan 2036.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNecesitamos llevar a las empresa y escuelas el fomento y respeto de derechos humanos. Hoy tenemos grandes problemas que corresponden a las empresas: desigualdad, el hostigamiento laboral, la discriminaci\u00f3n, aspectos que podemos atender de forma conjunta con las universidades como CETYS\u201d, mencion\u00f3.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Nuevos retos<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Presidente de la CEDHBC mencion\u00f3 que actualmente trabajan con la certificaci\u00f3n a Empresas Comprometidas con Derechos Humanos, para su implementaci\u00f3n es fundamental que contin\u00fae el apoyo por parte de <strong>CETYS<\/strong> y otras instituciones educativas ya que esto es parte de la visi\u00f3n humanista que permite la educaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los valores de CETYS Universidad para formar ciudadanos, tanto en el \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico como deportivo, siempre desde una perspectiva \u00e9tica, son parte&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":24,"featured_media":136548,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[107,313],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-136547","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-alumni","category-vocetys-2"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
