Mar\u00eda del Carmen Echeverr\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reciente iniciativa de modificaci\u00f3n a la constituci\u00f3n presentada al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n por el Presidente de M\u00e9xico, Lic. Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, plantea la cancelaci\u00f3n de la reforma educativa, la cual entr\u00f3 en vigor el pasado sexenio, as\u00ed como un plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n de diversos ejes primordiales dentro del sistema educativo nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante este escenario y la importancia que representa para el desarrollo educativo\u00a0en sus diversos niveles, acad\u00e9micos de todo el pa\u00eds se han pronunciado en reflexi\u00f3n sobre los futuros cambios. La <strong>Dra. Mar\u00eda del Carmen Echeverr\u00eda del Valle<\/strong>, Directora de Educaci\u00f3n Media Superior y docente del Colegio de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetys.mx\/\">CETYS<\/a> Campus Mexicali, plante\u00f3 que, con esta iniciativa, desde un inicio se debe ser muy claros, ya que no se puede desaparecer toda la reforma y darle para atr\u00e1s a lo avanzado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHay tres asuntos en los que he podido ver que est\u00e1 muy enfocada esta modificaci\u00f3n de la ley: uno es la Ley de Evaluaci\u00f3n Docente, desaparecer el INEE, que todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en veremos, eliminar el examen de ingreso para los candidatos a las Escuelas Normales y hacer gratuito el ingreso a las universidades\u201d coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tij.cetys.mx\/envios\/SNB.jpg\" width=\"501\" height=\"332\" \/><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, la Dra. Echeverr\u00eda plantea que, en esta iniciativa, no se mencionan partes sustantivas, como es el Nuevo Modelo Educativo, en donde se estipulan los programas, curr\u00edcula y contenidos de estudio. \u201cMe parece que va a continuar, porque darle para atr\u00e1s a todos los textos y trabajo que se ha realizado, ser\u00eda algo muy dif\u00edcil de lograr.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con respecto a la educaci\u00f3n superior y el car\u00e1cter gratuito que se busca hacer universal en la presente administraci\u00f3n, la acad\u00e9mica encuentra problem\u00e1tica esta propuesta:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo s\u00e9 de d\u00f3nde van a sacar el dinero y c\u00f3mo le van a hacer los gobiernos estatales. Adem\u00e1s, van a construir 100 universidad, pero no se ha dicho de qu\u00e9 forma. Esas cosas las comenta el Secretario de Educaci\u00f3n, Esteban Moctezuma, pero no sabemos la asignaci\u00f3n del presupuesto, aunque haya habido un aumento para este 2019\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, con respecto al ingreso de todo joven que desee estudiar una carrera universitaria, la tambi\u00e9n investigadora desconoce la log\u00edstica y los recursos necesarios para duplicar o hasta triplicar el cupo en las universidades p\u00fablicas, tomando en cuenta que, inclusive si los alumnos no han destacado a nivel educativo, ser\u00e1 la obligaci\u00f3n de las universidades recibirlos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La reciente iniciativa de modificaci\u00f3n a la constituci\u00f3n presentada al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n por el Presidente de M\u00e9xico, Lic.
