El peligro de estar volcados en el hacer es que podemos no tener claro el sentido o prop\u00f3sito de lo que hacemos.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tarea m\u00e1s importante de la vida es construir nuestra felicidad. Y para ello es indispensable alcanzar un mejor entendimiento de qui\u00e9nes somos, por qu\u00e9 estamos aqu\u00ed, y c\u00f3mo podemos vivir una vida llena de sentido. Estas \u201cgrandes preguntas\u201d por el sentido de la vida constituyen lo que podemos llamar la b\u00fasqueda de lo espiritual y son el cimiento de nuestra felicidad.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo construir dichos cimientos? \u00bfC\u00f3mo involucrarnos en una aut\u00e9ntica y profunda b\u00fasqueda espiritual?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astin, Astin y Lindholm (2011) han construido una escala para medir el nivel de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">b\u00fasqueda espiritual<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Esta escala tiene varios componentes que podr\u00edamos convertir en prop\u00f3sitos espec\u00edficos de nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda y con ello avanzar en la b\u00fasqueda del sentido de nuestra vida:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encontrar respuestas a los misterios de la vida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Buscar la belleza en la propia vida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desarrollar una filosof\u00eda vital llena de sentido<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volverse una persona m\u00e1s amorosacety<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alcanzar una armon\u00eda interna<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alcanzar la sabidur\u00eda<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El n\u00famero de amigos cercanos que tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n buscando el sentido de la vida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La frecuencia con la que hablan con sus amigos sobre el prop\u00f3sito y sentido de la vida<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 te parece? \u00bfTe hace sentido lo que nos proponen estos autores?
